Our main office is located at 1111 Baker Avenue, Suite 2 in Whitefish, Montana. We have satellite clinics in Columbia Falls, Kalispell, and Eureka. All correspondence related to our satellite clinics are managed through our Whitefish office.

Appointments

Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you’re unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time slot to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are running late due to emergencies or hospital surgeries.

If you are being seen for a hip or knee problem, please wear shorts (weather permitting) or bring a pair with you to wear during examination.

If you are being seen for a shoulder problem, please wear a tank top (weather permitting) or bring one with you to wear during examination.

Prescriptions & Refill Requests

Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for refills during our regular business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, when we have full access to your medical records and chart. Refills requested outside of regular business hours will be filled only for extreme or emergent circumstances.
